Lead times

We would need about one week for personalised chocolates and approximately 3 weeks for wedding favours. These times are general and we may need longer depending on the composition of the product purchased.

We are also open to help with advise on emergency orders, just contact us and we will try to help.

We reserve the right not to include or edit any message that we consider may cause offence to the recipient. Please we do not offer a same day service.

Security & Privacy

When making a payment you will be transferred automated system to secure pages and your payment details will not be made known to us.

Making your payment transaction, safe and secure. It is also our policy not to sell or pass on any of your details. We do not store & process any of your details at the time of purchase, we don’t send out product updates or special offers.

Payments

All payments are handled by Paypal to ensure you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making on line payments.

All price quoted include vat & postage we only sell & send to U K Payment will be processed at the time of ordering. The name & billing address given must be the same as the registered name & address of the cardholder. Failure to supply correct details may result in your order being delayed until correct details are give, In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations(2000) .

You will be mailed confirmation of your order by Chic Personalised Chocolates.

All deliveries are made by royal Mail 1st Class Service or courier depending on the size of the order.

Our Chocolates & Wedding Favours are delivered in a rugged outer cardboard carton to ensure that our products reach their destination in good condition.

Some large Chocolate Bars of single orders of Personalised chocolate will be dispatched in padded envelops which can usually go through most letter boxes.

If we deliver your order to a third party address (for example a gift for a friend)) you must please ensure that you provide us with full accurate address including the postal code.

Personalised chocolates can very often have unusual names so it is important that you take care that you spell the names & details correctly.

Multiple orders? No problem

If you require several orders to different addresses please process the as one order for delivery, to your own address and email us the delivery details and messages quoting your order number.

If we are to deliver to a business address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. Chic Personalised Chocolates shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.

Please note we are unable to deliver to a P O Box Number.

Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or the royal mail or courier considers that you order will not fit through the letter box a post card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will either request recipient to pick up or contact their local sorting office or a date by which the courier will try again.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being able or due to the recipient failing to contact their local royal Mail sorting office or the couriers within a reasonable time to arrange re-delivery or collection.

UK delivery Area; United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of our product or our service we will always do our best to ensure that we resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
We comply with the standing consumer protection distance Selling Regulations (2000) Please note that our chocolate are perishable goods and therefore exempt from this regulation.

If goods are delivered damaged or faulty in any way please contact us before returning the goods either by email or phone
